Hayley was my stylist and she cut my hair exactly as I had asked her to. She took excellent care of my while I was there and picked out a great product for me to use on my hair before leaving. I will be back again and again

Never go to this Sports Clips! Heather Erdmann is a horrendous manager and needs to be replaced by someone who knows how to run a store and care for their customers.

I started going to Sport Clips around 2004 and after this last experience I will never return. I scheduled a haircut for our son using the Online Check-In for the first time. Our son decided to experiment with some scissors and needless to say we needed some help to correct the issue timely. The online arrival time was 4:28pm with a 30 min buffer to be there or you would be removed from the list (this would be a nice disclaimer to know before you actually click the check-in online button to schedule if you are utilizing it for the first time), so I knew it would be tight for me to leave from work, pick him up from daycare and make it to Sports Clips on time, but we gave it a shot. We arrived 2 minutes after the time and were told by the manager that we were removed and would have to go to the end of the line which at that point was a 70 min wait. No wiggle room or nothing even after I explained (and she could clearly see) that he needed it after his amateur haircut he gave himself. I left very upset, and called a local barbershop that will be getting our business moving forward and who were more than understanding and accommodating.
