Never again! We waited for 35 minutes after the appointment time, and I checked in online before showing up!!! The people cutting hair here are either right of out college, or didn't go at all. My 7yr old son asked for a hard part, it looks like a bald patch, the line is crooked and uneven. We went to cost cutters..... yes COST CUTTERS to get it fixed right after the appointment, he was in tears. You get what you pay for folks, spend a few extra bucks and go to an actual salon, these people are incompetent

My husband took both my boys in on Sunday for hair cuts. My youngest doesn't look too bad. However, my oldest looks HORRIBLE! His hair was hacked and he has asked to never go back.
