No respect to customers. They just yelled at me that they are closed for the day, because I stopped 15mins before their closing time. People have reasons. If you can?t take a late customer, change your closing time, don?t just yell. Having fancy options is not just enough to attract customers. I will remember the Blairsferry Cedar Rapids branch forever.

RUDE. Took my son for a haircut. He is 16 so I waited in the car. I sat and watched four men go in and back out with their haircuts before he was seen. Wait list? Whatever. Then Debra was rude to me when I went in and asked how much longer. Very patronizing. Called me "Hon." Listen, I can take my $30 to another one of the millions of places in this town to get a haircut. The stylist that cut his hair did a great job, but this is a customer service business and I will not spend money at a rude establishment when there are thousands of hair stylists in this city that will gladly take my money. Why would she feel the need to argue with me? Why not just apologize for the delay and thank me for being a customer? We will not go back.
